Shipping area

We ship to the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. U.S. territories and Armed Forces postal regions are outside this service area. Alaska and Hawaii are included; the shipping service and current estimate for a particular address are shown at checkout. PO Box delivery depends on carrier acceptance and the options available for the address.

Rates

Our current shipping profile offers one Standard option at USD $0 with no minimum purchase. Checkout currently displays an estimated delivery time of 3–6 business days for eligible addresses. Review the shipping option and order total shown for your address before submitting an order.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are generally processed in 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. After the order ships, estimated transit is 2–4 business days. The combined estimate is 3–6 business days from order placement. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address problems, and other events can affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will email the tracking information after dispatch. Carrier scans may take time to appear.

Delays and cancellations

If we learn that an order will be delayed before shipment, we will contact you with the revised estimate. You may accept the revised timing or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
